Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes Is it possible to make a healthy pancake? I think this recipe gets close. It’s lighter than I expected considering it’s primary ingredient is peanut butter and banana, but it was sweet and didn’t need syrup. Try adding some sliced fresh banana on top and you have a low calorie, higher protein pancake!
