These cable attachments are incredible. They are so much more versatile than any other handles I’ve used anywhere. They are game changers for chest and back flys. I also paired them with a pair of 10” cable extensions and they are PERFECT for face pulls. It might seem expensive for handles but very worth it. Fitness Exchange shipped very timely, great purchase.
In my many years of working out these are the only handles I have used where I noted the handles were a major improvement over orher handles and a possible contributor to the outcomes desired. Also, I never write a review unless I am truly moved by a product, it happens vaery rarely.
I have very bad wrist mobility. Curls with a straight barbell hurt very bad even with no extra weight. I have tried every EZ Curl bar that exists and they all hurt just as bad.
Except this! I can finally barbell curl. The motion is so smooth that it perfectly matches my wrist curve. It adjusts to you throughout the movement, but it is never out of control. I can now do supinated, or probated, or hammer, or change half way through the rep all with easy.
I was nervous because their is no videos or many reviews. I bought this 2 years ago and this is the best specialty bar I own.
