Service Request

Our Fitness Exchange, factory-trained technicians perform professional service and repair consistent with our goal of achieving the highest customer satisfaction rating in the industry.

• Our service fee is $199 and due at the time of service which includes the trip charge and labor for 1 hour.
• An additional fee of $109 per hour will be applied for any service required after the first hour.
• If your fitness equipment is beyond repair, we provide a $100 rebate towards the purchase of a new comparable item from one of our stores. Rebate good for 30 days.
• An additional charge may apply for travel outside our service area of 30 miles from our store locations.
• A $99 in-home service charge will apply for service performed on any product covered by a manufacturer or extended labor warranty.
