I have very bad wrist mobility. Curls with a straight barbell hurt very bad even with no extra weight. I have tried every EZ Curl bar that exists and they all hurt just as bad.
Except this! I can finally barbell curl. The motion is so smooth that it perfectly matches my wrist curve. It adjusts to you throughout the movement, but it is never out of control. I can now do supinated, or probated, or hammer, or change half way through the rep all with easy.
I was nervous because their is no videos or many reviews. I bought this 2 years ago and this is the best specialty bar I own.
Easy to navigate website to desired product. Followed up with call to store to pickup plates I needed. Spoke to Jake. Jake was super, polite, knowledgeable, and anxious to help. I needed to replace my previous treadmill. After extensive researching and comparing, I found the Spirit XT185 to be the best fit for my needs. Having used it now for awhile I am totally pleased with it and highly recommend this model.
