This 14” dumbbell handle is drop forged from one piece of solid steel – nothing stronger by weight or design. It’s fully adjustable to allow users to add and delete weights. Each 5 lb. bar is great looking and comfortable to use in conjunction with regular 1” hole plates. The threaded ends include a pair of 1 lb. star-lock collars each.
