The Muscle Map™ is a new personalization technology inspired by our global research. It allows Symbio Incline Elliptical users to intelligently target and activate specific muscle groups by simply choosing a muscle group on screen.
The interactive muscle map uses incline and coaches the user on forward and reverse motion to achieve their goals.
Changing pedal direction (forward/reverse) enhances the muscle targeting options with an extra dimension, allowing for a fully targeted workout.

Founded in 1997, our company is a proud, locally owned and operated business. Our founder, Tom, had a deep passion for fitness equipment and noticed a gap in the local market. This realization led him to open his first shop in Conshohocken.
Fifteen years later, with his children grown, Tom immersed himself further into the business and expanded to the Lehigh Valley with a second storefront. He also ventured into commercial sales, providing a comprehensive, full-service experience to local gyms, schools, residential complexes, hotels, and more. This expansion established us as the go-to solution for fitness center needs.
