The SCIFIT PRO1 SPORT is a commercial upper body ergometer with adjustable arm cranks and low starting resistance. The machine has bi-directional resistance so the user can exercise in the forward or backward direction. It has been enhanced with a sturdy standing platform with up to a 750 lb weight capacity. This machine is ideal for ground based training, stability ball or disc work. Use the ergometer for one or both arm exercises.
