Designed following the same specifications for our leading Power Rack, the Workbench Half Rack is the perfect solution for the serious trainer with limited space. The user has the option to expand in the future, with our optional Dip Bars, Lat Tower attachment (WB-LTO) or the unique Workbench FID Utility bench (WB-UB) for additional exercises. (20 degree title backwards).

The power rack frame is designed to accept a wide variety of Power Rack specific attachments to expand your training, whether that be for Football, Cross Training, Bodybuilding, Power Lifting or general wellness . You can further customize your Power Rack to include the optional Workbench-Utility Bench and Lat Tower Option which will allow you to expand your home gym adding a wide variety of exercises. The WB-PR is the perfect expandable tool to meet your strength training needs.

Founded in 1997, our company is a proud, locally owned and operated business. Our founder, Tom, had a deep passion for fitness equipment and noticed a gap in the local market. This realization led him to open his first shop in Conshohocken.
Fifteen years later, with his children grown, Tom immersed himself further into the business and expanded to the Lehigh Valley with a second storefront. He also ventured into commercial sales, providing a comprehensive, full-service experience to local gyms, schools, residential complexes, hotels, and more. This expansion established us as the go-to solution for fitness centerc’ needs.
