The Major Fitness AH64 Adjustable Weight Bench is designed to support serious strength training with stability, control, and long-term durability. Built with a heavy-duty steel frame rated for up to 1500 lbs total weight capacity, the AH64 provides a solid foundation for confident pressing and controlled strength work.

A contoured back pad offers ample upper-back and shoulder support while allowing natural arm movement, paired with a properly proportioned seat pad that supports stable leg drive without restriction. Multiple adjustment angles across the backrest and seat make it easy to transition between flat, incline, and decline positions for a wide range of exercises.

The foot-pedal incline adjustment system enables quick angle changes without bending or manual pin handling. Once set, a dedicated locking pin secures the bench firmly in place.
