Designed to unlock greater freedom in cable training, the Major Fitness Flex Arms allow you to position the pull points exactly where your movement needs them. Perform a wide range of functional exercises with multi-directional adjustability and smooth, quiet cable travel, thanks to aluminum pulleys and a calibrated cable system, for a commercial-level cable strength training experience. Cable length varies by model: 320 inches for the B52 Pro, and 303 inches for the F22 Pro.

The Major Fitness Flex Arms are built to expand what your cable system can do—giving you greater control over training angles, resistance paths, and movement freedom.

Featuring multi-directional adjustability, the Flex Arms offer five horizontal positions and four vertical positions, allowing you to fine-tune cable pull points to match your body mechanics and exercise goals. Whether you’re training chest, shoulders, back, or arms, the ability to reposition the cable path helps create smoother, more natural movement patterns.

Included Freedom Connector expands functionality further—linking both Flex Arms for dual-arm movements such as lat pulldowns, rows, and triceps pushdowns, or mounting to a single arm to create an adjustable anchor point for varied grip widths and targeted cable exercises.

Integrated aluminum pulleys provide quiet, durable operation, while bearing-supported rollers allow the arms to glide smoothly up and down the upright. Bearings are also built into the pivoting adjustment points, ensuring effortless rotation and precise positioning at every angle.
