Four pull-up/chin-up options – including HOIST’s patented Flip ‘N Grip® handles and rock climbing grips – give users the flexibility to choose. A fold-out knee pad for assisted exercises, can be placed in a stowed position for unassisted exercises easily. And dual-position dip handles, both wide and narrow, allow for user comfort and safety.
