The Body-Solid G9B is a multi-station home gym designed to provide a comprehensive, club-quality strength training experience for multiple users simultaneously.

The Body-Solid G9B Multi-Station Gym is built to facilitate a full-body workout with its multi-station design.

• Multi-Grip Press Arm: This versatile station allows users to perform bench press, incline press, and shoulder press movements. It also includes mid-row handles for seated rows, providing an effective workout for the mid and lower back without the need for floor-based exercises.
• Perfect Pec™ Station: This station is designed for pec flys, rear delts, and ab crunches. It features adjustable range of motion and swivel arms, enabling both unilateral and bilateral movements for deep muscle targeting.
• Leg Press Station: Operating on a separate weight stack with a 2:1 weight ratio, this station provides a substantial 420-pound leg press capacity. The pivoting, non-slip press plate and side stability handles support safe and effective execution of leg presses, calf raises, and donkey kick-backs.
• Optional Vertical Knee Raise/Dip Station (#GKR9): This optional attachment allows up to three people to work out on the G9B at the same time.

The Body-Solid G9B is engineered for long-lasting performance. Its frame is constructed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel, protected by a tough, electrostatically applied powder coat finish. All pivot points feature self-lubricating bronze bushings and precision-machined steel ball bearings for smooth, friction-free movement.

• Cables: Military-spec steel aircraft cables with a 2,200-pound tension strength ensure maximum durability.
• Pads: The DuraFirm™ pads provide excellent lumbar support during exercises.
