The HOIST® Pec Fly/Rear Delt swiveling handles with pivoting hand grips, provide a variety of hand positions for both exercises. Easy to reach range-of-motion adjustments for both arms with 11 positions come standard. Each exercise arm has dual pivots, allowing users to define their own exercise path.         Founded in 1997, our company is a proud, locally owned and operated business. Our founder, Tom, had a deep passion for fitness equipment and noticed a gap in the local market. This realization led him to open his first shop in Conshohocken.

        Fifteen years later, with his children grown, Tom immersed himself further into the business and expanded to the Lehigh Valley with a second storefront. He also ventured into commercial sales, providing a comprehensive, full-service experience to local gyms, schools, residential complexes, hotels, and more. This expansion established us as the go-to solution for fitness center needs.
