The cost matches the quality

I have tried a couple of these multi-function benches at the $200-$400 range and they always disappointed. I took a chance knowing what I disliked about those other benches, and the Hoist HF-5165 solved all those issues and then some. Very happy with this purchase, well worth the extra $$$!!!!

Excellent Bench

I love how well built this bench is. Installing all the parts was easy. Some pieces were a bit bent, but nothing a tightened bolt can't fix. Everything works well, Commercial grade material and heavy. I love the options of Decline, Incline. Even possibilities of adding other equipment.

The only complaint I have is about the leg extension I purchased. It is possibly the worst money spent because it is not seated correctly, so when you are trying to do leg raises, the starting position is so close to the bench that it feels like your knees and the backside of your knees are straining. You have to prop the leg extension with something to make it easy to get in and get out. The same applies with leg curls as your lie face down and raise your legs.

Overall, I think you'll be highly impressed. The sit-up attachment that comes with the bench is a nice feature.
