The Cascade Climber Cross Crawl offers an exceptional time efficient, low impact workout but with a cross crawl step pattern. Great for high intensity cardio training, the Cascade Climber is also effective for injury rehabilitation – as there is no stress or pounding on the joints. Climbing against gravity also burns more calories than any other exercise. Smooth and easy to use, users climb at their own pace with an upper body movement that creates total body exercise.

The Climber Cross Crawl movement is when the right handle goes up the right foot plate goes down while the left handle goes down the left foot plate goes up.

ABOUT FITNESS EXCHANGE

Founded in 1997, our company is a proud, locally owned and operated business. Our founder, Tom, had a deep passion for fitness equipment and noticed a gap in the local market. This realization led him to open his first shop in Conshohocken.

Fifteen years later, with his children grown, Tom immersed himself further into the business and expanded to the Lehigh Valley with a second storefront. He also ventured into commercial sales, providing a comprehensive, full-service experience to local gyms, schools, residential complexes, hotels, and more. This expansion established us as the go-to solution for fitness center needs.
