This E550 Indoor Rower offers unrivaled natural catch and resistance, featuring First Degree Fitness' patented Variable Fluid innovation for instant adjustable resistance at the turn of a lever. Our twin tank water resistance rowing system delivers a massive range of resistance to suit every rower, from seniors to professional athletes and personal training.

WHAT IS VARIABLE WATER RESISTANCE ROWING?

Not all rowing machines offer adjustable resistance – First Degree Fitness rowing machines are unique however, with a patented twin tank design which transfers water to and from a passive tank, to an active tank. This enables the user to select an appropriate and progressive level of resistance by adjusting the amount of water in the active tank.

CHANGING RESISTANCE

First Degree Fitness' patented fluid innovation creates a challenging workout for literally any fitness level and allows a user to change resistance at the turn of a lever, even mid-workout. The level of resistance is what we call Fluid Force, and can vary from feather light to Olympic sprint.

  • Rail - Extended transport wheels for ease of movement. Air Glide low friction seat rollers, concealed for cleaner, safer, and smoother ride. Tough hardened dual anodised aluminum seat rails.
  • Frame - Rigid frame construction for maximum stability.
  • LEVELERS - Rubber feet for adhesion to floor surfaces and to prevent damage.
  • Seat - Seat at “office chair” height for ease of entry and exit.
