Founded in 1997, our company is a proud, locally owned and operated business. Our founder, Tom, had a deep passion for fitness equipment and noticed a gap in the local market. This realization led him to open his first shop in Conshohocken.
Fifteen years later, with his children grown, Tom immersed himself further into the business and expanded to the Lehigh Valley with a second storefront. He also ventured into commercial sales, providing a comprehensive, full-service experience to local gyms, schools, residential complexes, hotels, and more. I have very bad wrist mobility. Curls with a straight barbell hurt very bad even with no extra weight. I have tried every EZ Curl bar that exists and they all hurt just as bad.
Except this! I can finally barbell curl. The motion is so smooth that it perfectly matches my wrist curve. It adjusts to you throughout the movement, but it is never out of control. I can now do supinated, or probated, or hammer, or change half way through the rep all with easy.
