The comfortable, padded workout handles are available as a single pocket and triple pocket handle! The triple pocket handle allows you to add additional resistance to your workout routine as you become stronger! While the single pocket handle allows you to easily move up to the next resistance level.
EASY TO USE: Both handles feature our Smart Click Technology. The “click” ensures your resistance cables are locked and secured into the cable plugs. Simply lift the two sides of the flip-lock cable cup and insert the cable plug through the hole from the bottom. Then, push down on the cable cups until they “click” into their secured position under the cable plug.
