Spot on!

I use it for 6 to 8 miles … every other day. It is a beautiful easy pedal ride … exactly how my Pedal Assist E-bike rides. It is strengthining my leg muscles in a very good way. Now that the weather is cold/wet, I can now stay inside for weeks before there is the right day to go outdoors on a ride … and it can be a long one because of the AirDyne upkeeping my legs.

Great workout

Pros: Full body workout, easily adjusts for different users, great for smaller space with ceilings that couldn't accommodate an elliptical or treadmill. Cons: Low tech display only compatible with one type of heart monitor, no reading shelf accessory even available for purchase.
